Returns and Refunds

1. Return Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items marked as final sale, clearance, or personalized/customized are non-returnable.
• Returns must include the original packaging (if applicable).

2. Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return: Visit our Returns Portal at www.ShopSparkleandShine.com and enter your order details.
2. Print Your Label: After approval, you will receive a prepaid return label (if applicable).
3. Pack & Ship: Securely package the item and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

3. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
• If returning an item purchased with a discount or promo code, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.

4. Exchanges
• We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
• If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopsparkleandshine.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
• We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

6. Store Credit Option
• You can choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, which may come with a bonus discount on your next purchase.
